Can an Apple Card participant make payments on their portion of the bill? I understand that you can manage the spending of a "participant," but can the participant also make payments themselves - or is the card owner the only one who can do that?

Thank you, Limnos, but a "co-owner" and a "participant" are different, and I'd like to know if a "participant" - who is essentially a managed user of the card - can make payments for their portion of the bill. This doesn't seem clear in any of Apple's documentation.
I am assuming by omission that a participant cannot since it only says an owner and co-owner can.
