My iphone battery health is 100%. But i don’t think so

I don’t think my iphone battery health is 100%. And why it reads 100%. Because does not hold more batteries than ever before. Where the problem may be?

Batteries that continue to show 100% health when they obviously are not and usually fake replacements or very sick original batteries.
