apple id balance

I have a £0.03 balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country, but I can't do that till I clear my balance! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance since there's nothing in the store that worth £0.03.

By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!
