Apple ID credit balance is too low

how can I clear my £0.83 balance so that I can change my country ?

I have a £0.83 balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth £0.83 ?

By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:

Contact Apple for support and service
