iPad missing emoji/smiley key

iPad Pro 11 purchased yesterday and Emoji key is missing from keyboard. Tried all things below and nothing solved my problem:

. I can see Emojis in globe key along with both other keyboards, English and Portuguese.

. I removed and reinstalled emoji and portuguese keyboards, turning iPad off and on again, also tried one at a time.

. Reset all settings.

. Restored from iCloud. Old iPad has current system and correct emoji key.

. Turn off and on Key flicks.

I have no more ideas…

note: I thought the problem was fixed with 14.6 update yesterday but I got confused with my iPhone. Issue still persists in iPad.
