Space

My iPhone is a 64GB space capacity and says it does not have enough storage and so essentially I cannot access my old images or take new pictures and use my WhatsApp without it saying that I do not have enough space, so I upgraded my storage space and bought more storage and it still does not give me access to my apps and I’m literally frustrated because I have tried everything including deleting apps and files and images even though I only used very little space from my upgrade plan, even before I upgraded I still had space and it still did not work.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

You actually bought iCloud space. Your phone cannot actually contain more space than its original capacity. You will need to delete some things from it if you want to update.
