Iphone12 promax unresponsive screen

After 9 days of using my Iphone 12 promax, the phone stopped responding to touch. It's been 2 days today. I've tried force starting the device but the apple logo only flashes then when the side button is released, that's the time the apple logo appears. But the screen still does not respond to touch. I've tried removing the screen protector and casing but I'm still experiencing the problem. It's my first time to own an Iphone and this is really frustrating since I bought the latest model 😭😭

It appears that you have purchased your iPhone less than 14 days ago. You can take it back to the Apple Store and return it for a refund. Then you can purchase another iPhone that works.

Two Recommendations for you. See Below:

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(2) If the above does not work then - That iPhone 12 Pro Max is still under Apple's Limited 1YR Warranty. Take advantage of it. Have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnoses and resolution.

That's the thing I bought it from an instagram seller but they only do 7 days replacement. I was told to just bring it to the apple service center to be checked.
