Permanently Deleted photos

Please, I need your help. I lost some of my important photos, saved as favorites, from my phone. I Tried to restore them from my iCloud, but they weren’t there as well. Now I don’t know what to do. Please help..

iCloud photos missing on all Apple devices Nine months photos just disappeared from icloud, gone from all devices. Not deleted by me, not hidden, same icould account all devices. Apple support don't know why and can't rescue them. It is photos from June last year to March this year, so not even resent photos. iPhone Photos keep re-appearing after deleting Hello, My iphone storage is full and I try to free space with deleting videos and photos but iphone immediately return them back or they are restored after several days. I’ve tried with turning off Icloud photos but that didn’t help. Now i can not free space, but I would like to. Could someone know any solution for that? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
