iCloud Back Up - [RE text messages]

I haven't done a back up in a while and i wonder if iCloud Back Up will save every single text (not only iMessage) so i can just re-enter my credentials on my new phone (finally upgrading from 6S to 12Pro, i hope i don't make a mistake) and then all the text history, including Network Messages (you know what i mean). I have about 110GB of data on my phone that i'd like to transfer to the new one but if i can just go and enter my Apple ID and call it good i would do so.

I understand that many data is being backed up but i wonder Specifically with Text Messages, so i don't lose any of the conversation.

Any idea o recommendation?
