Every time I plug my iPhone 12 Pro Max into my PC I get the message in the title, requiring me to "Allow" or "Don't Allow" the iPhone to access those files. How do I get my iPhone to stop doing this, short of installing iTunes (which I will not do) on my PC? There must be another way.

No other way, to my knowledge, sorry, except installing iTunes on your PC and authorizing (trusting) that computer.

Nope, never gonna happen while Spotify still breathes! I'll just live with it or charge the phone directly from a wall socket. Thanks for the info.

I have Spotify too, but it cohabits with iTunes on my PC without problems.
I use iTunes to sync, update, backup, restore my iPhone since 2008.
