I have tried to change my name and address in my phone linked to my card
i have exited out of the apps, done a restart, and have deleted the contact, replacing it with new information
First it would automatically edit it back to old information, and after deleting and remaking it, each time, it is edited back to nothing after I save it

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, when you edit your contact info in the Contacts app, it is not saving, do we have that right?
Add your contact info on iPhone -- From the first sentence in this article: "iPhone uses your Apple ID to create your contact card, called My Card, but you may need to provide your contact information (such as name and address) to complete it.” This is why the My Card reverts to the old information. You can log into your Apple ID account, and edit the information that needs changing from there.
