Long ago I snapped an image from the camera to Update My Apple ID profile image, is it possible somehow to get hold of the original image data on My MacOS Catalina device or iPad eg. from a cached file or by extracting image data from an iCloud directory-ish Service somehow rather than takling a screen capture?
Found nothing really under ~/Library or /Library...

I use to find it in my address book folder in my ~Library, but I just looked and honestly couldn’t locate it anywhere. Usually it hung out in the metadata folder. Your question really made me curious after I couldn’t locate it. I don’t know where it’s stored anymore. Good question.

It was embedded in the User account data. I had found a blog post on how to extract it, but I’m not finding any help right now.

Not really what I’m looking for as this stack exchange link all are concerning the macOS account and not the Apple id profile image from the Apple Cloud.
