Clever solution? Would LOVE to have more gridlines for video!

I would love an app (or native feature) that would allow us to display 2.39:1 and other gridlines on the iPhone screen for shooting video.

(I VASTLY prefer to use the native app - Filmic Pro and others are not an option, due to known bugs that can degrade or lose footage.)

I wonder, has anyone devised a clever way to do this? I'm thinking maybe to draw the 2.39:1 lines on my installed screen protector. But of course that is far from optimal.

UPDATE. I'll install Filmic Pro and set the aspect ratio to 2.39:1, trace the viewing window, and cut a pair of transparent heavy plastic overlays to shoot with, using removable 3M tape. I'll shoot with the stock Camera app, as Filmic Pro's stabilization is inferior.
