Microsoft Word for Mac Opening in View Only
A couple of months ago, my Word for Mac documents started opening in View Only on my MacBook Pro. I get an error message that reads, "Your account.....doesn't allow editing on a Mac. To learn more, contact your admin about your Office plan." I contacted my IT department, and they ensured my subscription is current. I can also access everything on office.com. I just can't use any of the Office for Mac apps. Help!
