Sounds like you are activating screen zoom inadvertently.

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers to return to normal view.

Or go to Settings->Accessibility->Zoom and turn it off there so it does not get activated again by mistake.

Have you looked in the accessibility settings , look at the top section labelled “vision” in the accessibility section.

As well as the “display and brightness” section , look at the bottom of the screen, it should say display zoom , make sure it’s in standard mode.
