Function F1-F12 don't work on my Macbook Air

I've checked and unchecked the standard function key. Now I can't adjust my laptop's brightness and volume.

Hi,

Try to check the keyboard with Apple Diagnostics if it reports keyboard related error(NDK001, NDK003,NDK004).
