FaceTime Video lags and image is grainy on MacBook Air on WiFi
Whenever I make or receive a FaceTime video call on my MacBook Air the video lags or is frozen. The audio is fine. This is the case if I call the person on their iPhone or their MacBook Air. They report that my video is the same for them on their device. Both myself and the person on the other end of the call have broadband speeds above 100mbps download, upload at 7-8mbps. Additionally, I don't have this problem on my iPad Pro on the same network or on my iPhone.
I see a lot of complaints about this but no solutions. Is this a design flaw with the MacBook Air hardware or software?
