downgrade MacOS
is there a possible way to downgrade macOS? big sur doesn't work as good as Catalina with all my applications

Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version
If this computer Originally Purchased had Big Sur Installed - the computer can not be downgraded to anything earlier than what it came installed with.
