Apple Music Stream Count

Hi, may I know how apple music count the streams? Can stream count on loop? Can stream count if using playlist? Will the stream weight more if we download the song(music library)? If we purchase the song from Itunes, will it give more impact on number of streamers? I saw a chart for global digital ranking and I see some artist got points for apple music and some have zero point. Please enlighten me. TQ in advance!
