My M1 Mac mini is connected to the HomePod mini via Airplay. When I clicked on the play button on a YouTube video on Safari, the video will start playing but no audio will come from the HomePod mini until 1-2 seconds later. As a result, the audio and video will be out of sync.
Anyone has experienced this? Is there any solution to fix this?

Lag is inherent in AirPlay. The TV app will delay video output to align, but YouTube in the browser doesn't do this.
