Been using Music in Shortcuts, possibly related to this issue.

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities! From your post, it sounds like you're unable to stream music in Apple Music when using Shortcuts. We'll do all we can to get this working smoothly again!
To confirm, does this happen when you try streaming music directly from the Music app without using a shortcut? If so, go ahead and delete the shortcut you've created and try creating it again:
Delete shortcuts - Apple Support

So what I figured out, and it was a weird one, it had to do with the wifi network I was on. I believed I had trouble with this while working on it at home. And maybe I did. But I then updated my iOS. I had trouble when I was at work, and I think the network there might have been restricting my use of Apple Music app. Very odd.
