AppleCare not avaialble for Macbook Air on website

Hi Apple,

I paid for AppleCare when I ordered my Macbook Air, but today when I checked my AppleCare status on the MacBook, it says I'm eligible to purchase it but there's no sign that I already have it.

Can you help, please?

Thanks,

Nirosh Srinivas

You will need to address this with the Apple store online (if that is where you ordered it) - especially if it is an additional item listed on your invoice. We are all other users here and do not have access to accounts or billing.
