If both Call Forwarding and Silence Unknown Callers are enabled, does Call Forwarding take precedence? In other words, do all calls get forwarded, or only those from known callers, with the rest going to my iPhone's voicemail?

If you're talking about the carrier all forwarding service, then yes. Call forwarding will kick in at the network level. Silence unknown callers happens on the phone. Since the call is being routed to a different number, it will not be silenced on that number unless you have a similar silence unknown callers on the device that ultimately receives the call.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm referring to the Call Forwarding feature you can enable in iOS Settings under Phone. Is that the same as the carrier call forwarding service? I have AT&T wireless.
