I deleted the Robokiller spam blocking app from my phone, but my voicemail is still not working. The caller receives a message that the call has been forwarded to an automatic voice messaging system, but the system is no longer activated and no message is received. I cannot figure out where the call forwarding setting is on my phone, and thus how to remove it.

you need to contact robokiller or look at their support site.
Thank you. Yes, I followed all the steps and was told the disabling was not successful. Robokiller does not have phone or chat support. The only way to reach them is through email or the support page.

Thanks, their support site does not give me the information I need. I am trying to contact them directly now. I wasn't sure if I needed to contact Apple, Verizon or Robokiller.
