hard fall went undetected by Awatch
My mom has had a hard fall with concussion while wearing Awatch though no alarm was sent.
why ?
anybody at Apple wants to get her watch data to understand what didn’t work

you can try to reach out to apple using
think they state the fall detection thing is a bit tricky in terms of sitting down fast and or exercising it could provide false positives and in this case false negativs
