Limited Apple tv + access?
For some reason when I try to watch Apple tv+ (active sub) on my laptop(PC) there's little to no content available. And mostly apple originals. There isn't even a search bar to look for something else.

That is by design. The web access offers just Apple TV+, the Apple Originals (and a bit of related licensed content).
The real Apple TV app on supported devices offers more than just Apple TV+, but that other content isn’t included with the Apple TV+ subscription. iTunes Store content is buy or rent, not available through subscription. Other Apple TV app Channels require their own subscription.
