Apple Music keeps popping up

Anyone else notice Apple Music keeps popping up in the music player when it isn’t even open?

Ive got each of Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music, just to finally decide which one I like best , and I swear Apple Music is by far the worst. My biggest problem is that when no apps are open, or even if Spotify or Tidal are minimised on my phone, the music player pops up with Apple Music. Some times when I enter my car it begins playing a random song I haven’t listened to in a long time. It annoys me that when I’m comparing each only Apple Music provides hindrances.

i swear Apple Music is trying to make it that they are more dominant on the iPhone, however it just gets annoying because it isn’t behaving as it should. Anyone else experiencing this as well?

Also I swear Apple is trying to mess with the Spotify on my Apple Watch as well.
