Groupon Refund

Hello! Back in march i accidentally bought something through groupon and immediately requested a refund. They are saying the refund was processed and it was returned to me on March 23rd through apple pay for 150$. I never received anything and tried reaching out a million times. i finally got an email back this morning saying, again, that they processed the refund and now it is up to me to go through you guys to find it. They told me that if you guys don’t have any record of it, to send them an email to try to help me further. Please let me know. Thank you
