After big sur 11.4 updates on Mac M1 I'm facing battery drain and heating issue. I'm facing such heating issue for the 1st time. Is anyone is facing the such heating issue?

Suggest opening Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL Processes. Check the CPU Tab for abnormal CPU usage be application / process name - looking for something Run-Away. Perform the same in Memory Tab. This is a beginning to identify the application / process.


Failing that - Restart in Safe Mode ( search apple Support for M1 Safe Mode ) and Test if the issue remains.
