iPhone 12 Pro Max not going into battery optimization

To start, do you have the settings that you posted enabled on your iPhone including Settings > Battery > Optimized Battery Charging? If not, go ahead and enable those settings and test to see if you are able to use Battery Optimization.

Do you have a Smart Case or a battery charging case on your iPhone? If so, we suggest removing it while troubleshooting this issue.

Finally, what method do you use to charge your iPhone? If you are charging via a car charger, it's important to remember that Battery Optimization will not occur during this charging method.
