Updated to 14.5.1 on 7 plus and now having problems with calls

Hello,

im having problems with my phone since the latest update. I am able to make and receive some calls, but others I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me. I also have a hard time silencing calls that I want to ignore. It continues to ring even though I’ve chosen to ignore the call.

ive tried reinstalling the iOS from scratch and deleting the software on my phone. Updating my service from Verizon and have even gone in and got a new SIM card installed. Nothing has helped. The phone has also slowed down considerably.

is anyone else having these issues? I haven’t been able to find resolution online or on any of the help forums.
