Restore deleted data on watch

I did not have a backup on my phone and accidentally deleted my health data... Is there a way to get it back?

Apple Watch activity data How can I recover lost activity achievement and data? last week I restored my iPhone after it was rebooting on the apple logo. After which I realize I had to repair my watch, so I erased and reset. I then realized all of my Apple Watch data was lost, 1 year of my activity and workouts. I DID NOT Back up my phone recently so I could not recover it from a back up. Is there any other way I can recover this ?
