Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your iPhone. To clarify, are you referring to the receiver for your iPhone, or headphones you purchase for use with your iPhone? If using headphones, what type and brand are they?
You mentioned that you can't hear voices from the headphones, is this issue isolated to calls only or do you not hear anything from them (music, movies, etc.)?
If the headphones are Apple branded or Beats, they do come with the Apple 1 Year Limited Warranty. Should it be found that the issue is with your iPhone, it's also covered by the Apple 1 Year Limited Warranty. You can read more about this here: Hardware Warranties.
