Expiration limit

I have purchased new IPhone pro max from Dubai on 15/5/2021 but I found later the expiration limit is 24/2/2022 . Does this mean that my IPhone is not brand new and it has been used before?

how could I check that?

Expiration Limit:

I'm not so certain about an "expiration limit". Where are you seeing this? Can you provide a screenshot? Go here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Appel Support. Bescertain to black out personal information (names, etc.) but covering it with rectangle through use of the Photos app.
