Click on this link to read how to update your proof of purchase --> Update your proof of purchase - Apple Support

To update your information contact Apple Support by phone. Tell the advisor that you need help with your Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare plan expiration date.

Here’s what you need when you call:

- Your AppleCare agreement number

- The device serial number

- Your sales receipt

You may also need to contact that vendor. I believe I did see them listed as an official Apple vendor and they may need to make sure the correct sales information is passed on to Apple.

Well, as I said earlier, I did a check once and in the place the other poster asked about, Carrefour was an authorized dealer.

If you are sure they are not then as said before, the clock started when Carrefour bought them from Apple, not when they sold them to you unless Carrefour offers its own warranty.

If this Carrefour vendor is an official Apple vendor then do as I instructed earlier.
