Why is the location services button toggle switch on my ipad UN responsive, yet Un accessible? Matter of fact , the whole page is in a low light ,dulled fogged type setting ,as well as the systems operation page . Why is this happening ?, and what is the easiest ,quickest solution that I can do ,to be able to allow apps and other sites access to Me?

To get started, let's see if you have Screen Time enabled on your iPad. Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If Content & Privacy Restrictions are enabled for Location Services, you won't be able to adjust Location Services on your iPhone.

Yes thank you. I figured it out a couple hrs after posting.. Went online and did some research. But. Yes the. Restrictions were set to ‘off’ on ‘location services’, in the ‘screen time’ description category in settings . Thank you for getting back to me
