what happen to my iphone, i can't unlock. i use face code and done typing my code still can open what happen? if i do it again and again i always disabled and wait 15 minutes to try again. i notice this when i add my atm card in my wallet in apple pay. what should i do now?

Thanks for reaching out about using your passcode to unlock your iPhone. We can help with this. If the passcode isn't working, you may need to remove it completely from your iPhone. You'll need a computer in order to restore your phone. Keep in mind this will erase your iPhone.
