Incomplete music download

I purchased an album with 34 songs, but only songs #1, #4, #5, & #6 downloaded. When I check for available downloads - none are found. When I view the album, iTunes wants to charge $1.29 for each song that failed to download with the album purchase. OS environments: iOS 14.6 & macOS 11.4. How can this defect be resolved?

Download of itunes purchase not successful I recently purchased online through my itunes the album "The Origins of Fire" by Hildegard von Bingen. After 3 days it has not downloaded. The download circle just keeps turning and it tells me it has 19 songs to download and that has been the message for 3 days. What do I need to get this downloaded successfully.
