HomePod keeps stopping

Why does my HomePod keep stopping music randomly - I am playing music through Spotify from my iPhone to HomePod. Is there anything to stop this happening? When it stops it takes ages to get it to pick up and play again - so frustrating.

Installed Spotify app on ATV and it's working a-ok from there, a workaround

Sometimes your wifi might cut out. Ask Siri to resume playing and it should continue where it left off.

reboot your wifi also.
