Mophie charger doesn’t seem to be working. Is there a setting I need to set up?

mophie 3-in-1 travel charger with MagSafe isn't charging iphone replaced by a second one by Zagg support and same problem arises. I can only conclude that this mophie 3-in-1 magsafe charger is cheaply built. If you wait long enough, it fails completely. no telephone support. You have to mail in the old product. If you replace it enough times, it will end up costing you another 150$, so why bother? I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this product and apple should take it off their marketplace immediately.
