iPhone Keyboard Dictionary Reset Not Functioning

Hi, I recently bought a new iPhone and after using it, I noticed that my keyboard dictionary couldn’t be reset even though I tried resetting it multiple time. Some of the custom words are still appearing. I even tried resetting all settings, restarting my iPhone and so on. But still the problem is not solved. I seriously need help. Anyone out there please give some advice~ I feel so done at this moment right now.
