Hello, my phone was stolen and the police found it and returned it to me. Now i cant approach to it because it is locked. I sent my warranty card, invoice and the pictures of the box with serial number and device. Steel no positive answer. Can you pleas help me to activate my device.

When you say it is locked does the phone say it is disabled? If yes, see this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
If this is not the issue, you can take the phone with the documentation you say you have with you to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar for help.
Do as I recommended and take the documentation with you to the Genius Bar at Apple.
If you can't enter your Apple ID and Password to get in the phone, you will need to do what I suggested and get help from Apple. This is a user to user only forum. No one from Apple is here.
Hi lobsterghost1, unfortunately my phone is locked. I turned it on and when i need to write my i cloud contact it stand t.....@icloud.com and I cant change it. How can i approach to my phone??? Now i have device and nothing to do with it because i cant log in...
We are in Croatia and we do not have apple. Only resellers . I sent you picture where it stands that activation is locked.
I called them and the answer was to contact apple support. I am sending them all documentation for days and still no positive answer.
You'll have be patient. There is nothing anyone can do here to help you.
