Questions about iPod Touch

I have an old Nano and I was thinking about getting a Touch. I want to start walking to help with my arthritis. 1. Does Touch support Audible so I can listen to books? 2. How can I import my music from my Nano? Do I have to do it through iTunes? I don’t have internet and my iTunes is very outdated.
