Quick Start not working

I am in the middle of using Quick Start to transfer my data to a new phone, and about halfway through the notification to "Move Device Closer to Continue" popped up. The devices have been next to each other the whole time and now this alert has been there for around 15 minutes, I'm not sure what to do to make the transfer continue or if I need to restart the whole thing.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

It sounds like you are expernecing issues with Quick start. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.


If you moved the device closer and the issue persists, we would recommend starting the process over again: Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
