Has anyone had any luck with resolving the ghost touch issue? I have an iPhone10 that has just started.

Thanks!

Was 3 months past the 3 year free fix. Fixed in store in 1 hr. Was $365 to replace screen. I’m going up the Apple levels until reimbursement. How can you have an Apple defect with a time limit? Apple here I come!

I agree with you - a known defect should not have a time limit. In my case, my phone was a little over two years old. Apple directed me to Best Buy, just to be informed that the iPhone XS was not included in the three year warranty, and my phone also had a defective battery. Not what you want to hear after spending over $1000 on a phone. I think after this I am going to look at alternative phones, and find one that is cheap enough it doesn’t hurt to have to replace it every other year.

Additionally, my wife just upgraded to the iPhone 12. Couldn’t believe they don’t include a wall charger with a phone that runs over $1100…

Apple used to have a loyal group of followers, but I guess now it’s all about making money over quality.

Took it to Apple authorized Best Buy for repair. There I was advised that the X model was covered, but the XS model, which I had, was not. I was also advised after they ran a diagnostic, that my battery was failing (I had noticed shorter battery life). I wouldn’t expect to have a $500 repair on a phone I paid over $1000 for 2 1/2 years ago. I have owned several Apple products over the years, and quality was what you paid the extra cash for. Don’t know what happened. I ended up paying another $1000 for a new iPhone, but if I have similar problems with this one, I’m done.
