HELLLLLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!! iPod touch screen is stuck on flashing Apple logo. How do I fix it my iPod touch if my PC doesn’t recognize it’s connected?

If still cannot, post a screenshot of your PC shown when connected so we can examine the problem.

This solution didn’t work. It just keeps flashing and when I connect to PC it doesn’t even register that it’s connected.
