Phone pe problem

I'm trying to activate phone pe in my device, but it's not working, attached the picture of issue

iPhone 6, iOS 12

The error says that you need to update to a newer iOS. To do so, go to Settings>General>Software Update. If there are updates, select download and install. Before you update it’s recommended to have a backup. Then it should work. If you have problems with PhonePe, please contact the PhonePe Customer Care.
