Setting calendar time regardles of time zone

I am traveling a lot between Abu Dhabi-Belgrade so different time zone. How to set calendar ,to have always local time for calendar events? E.g When I make calendar event at 8:00am in Abu Dhabi, when I am in Belgrade(different time zone) to have same event at same local 8:00am Belgrade time?

If I have the NY override on, then everything goes to the NY time zone, even if I'm making a new appointment from overseas and want it to show the overseas time. If I leave the override off, it shows everything in the local time, even if it's an event I want to set up for NY. Entering iCal events for travel to another time zone When entering time for event when traveling to Hawaii do I enter the event in my current time zone where I am now, and will it automatically change when I travel to Hawaii? Should I have “time zone override’ toggle turned on my iPhone, and should I have time zone turned on my iMac at home as I enter the events? I was trying to make sure my flight info is going to be correct when I travel over several time zones. Also I have excursions planned for while in Hawaii but I want to go ahead and enter them now on my calendar. I am in the EDT zone. Thanks!

Calendar time zone for airline flights Apple calendar has always made sense to me on iPhone/iPad- i.e. I can enter the time zone for the departure and arrival of airline flights separately. Windows does the same. But I'm new to MacBook Pro (Monterey 12), which only allows one place to enter a time zone. This seems bizarre to me, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you travel regularly and want your Calendar events to be in your current location’s time zone. You can accomplish this by enabling time zone support on iCloud.com. Learn more here: Add calendar events in other time zones on iCloud.com.
