No. Adobe Flash was killed off by Adobe at the end of 2020 and their Flash update links taken down. Any notices to update your Flash version are now all SCAMS.

All browser vendors, save for Microsoft (soon) have removed Flash support from their browser updates in early 2021. Most websites that were paying attention when Adobe gave them three years' notice, moved away from Flash-based content to the HTML5 standard that has been in all browsers for years.

No just carry on you won't notice the difference.

Most modern browsers like Safari, Firefox chrome etc already have the

plug ins/ extensions necessary to view web content.

Flash is dead.
