How do you return both sound and vibration back to the phone

I don’t know if this might be what’s wrong but have you checked to see if “Do Not Disturb” is turned on?

A few times I accidentally put my phone on “Do Not Disturb” mode and my alarm and timer wouldn’t go off.

Check out the little moon thingy I circled on your phone.

FYI, DND doesn't silence alarms.

I was really hoping that would work.

Good luck on fixing it and I’m sorry it wasn’t the problem.
